🔄 Return & Refund Policy – Nivara by Bhavya

At Nivara by Bhavya, every piece of jewellery is handpicked with care and undergoes strict quality checks before shipping. We truly hope you love your purchase. However, if there are issues, please read our return and refund policy below.


Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted only in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items received.

  • Customers must share a 360° unboxing video (taken from start to finish, with no pauses or edits) clearly showing the package opening and the product inside. This is mandatory for us to validate claims.

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags intact.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Earrings or studs

  • Products damaged due to misuse, wear and tear, or improper handling

  • Sale/discounted items


Return Process

  1. Email us at nivarabybhavya@gmail.com or text to +91 8310247879 within 48 hours of receiving the order with:

    • Your order number

    • Reason for return

    • The mandatory 360° unboxing video

  2. Once verified, we will share return shipping instructions.

  3. Please pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back.


Refunds

  • After we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be made only to the original mode of payment.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.


Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct product exchanges. If eligible, you may return the item and place a new order.
